Hello, this is John Boyd, your sales manager. I wrote this module to help you to get off to a fast start on your way to a substantial income from home.

Please save to your desktop for reference, print, and read twice if you need to before contacting me for help. It’s all laid out step by step very clearly. I am telling you my secrets of success for FREE so that we can both win!

Note: You must be at least 18 years of age and have a PayPal account or Western Union access where PayPal is not available. Commissions will be reduced by PayPal or Western Union costs. Now that you know what you are marketing you can understand that you are offering a very useful and vital product for your prospect who is an independent home business owner. Other names for these individuals who for the sake of simplification we’ll call an IBO are: representative (or rep. for short), distributor, network marketer, affiliate, and so on. This is a person who works independently for a company to sell their products/ services in exchange for a commission. The ones who will want our leads are those who have the ability to recruit other IBOs in order to override their sales. This is known as Multi-Level Marketing, or MLM. They are taking on the role similar to a sales manager or real estate broker who makes more money as he overrides more sales reps or agents.

Your role as an independent sales associate is to connect the leads with the lead purchaser, the IBO via email marketing. The leads are generated by an American person who wants to increase or supplement their income through a home business. The leads are “triple opt-in” meaning: 1) This person clicks an ad online for earning $2,000-5,000 a month working Part-Time from home. 2) They then fill out a form requesting more information. 3) They DON’T opt-out within 24 hours after receiving an email from the system.

The IBO contacting this lead is actually something that they requested. A win-win! Whether they are interested in joining their particular opportunity is a numbers game. As they say, “some will, some won’t, so what next.” That’s not our concern. Our concern is simply letting these IBOs know that we have a great value to offer them. If they request more information about the leads you would then email them the http://leadcrazy.com link and foreword their request to me for tracking your commissions (on all who proceed to buy). Worried about SPAM? SPAM is commercial mass emailing. This is inquiring on a personal level with no need to opt-out as it is a one-time email. However they can reach you to reply with “remove” in the subject line if they wish.

Compensation:

15% of the gross sales revenue which you refer to LeadCrazy.com. You will be paid on the 15th of the month via Western Union (for areas not accepting PayPal) or PayPal for sales made the previous month in any currency desired. In addition, you will be paid 15% on the sales volume for ALL re-orders. So if you refer Sally and she orders 400 statewide leads the first month, and then after she runs out she decides to buy another 400 two months later, you will be paid again in the following month for that sale. This is true leverage to be able to get paid over and over again for the work you did once! Imagine if you referred 100 people who ordered every month. That would be an extra $1,500, or more every month, just for letting IBOs know about LeadCrazy.com.

In addition you will be paid 15% on the On System. You will be paid either by month ($2.99) or one lump sum ($14.85).

Commission Levels

Note: 400 is the minimum order. Higher orders are not uncommon. Lead batches range from 400-1000 and the number of batches ranges from 1 to 10. Therefore the commission amounts below are the least you could earn per sale of each type of lead. You don’t need to worry about which type they buy. You simply refer and collect on sales.

At 15% your commission would be $24 per batch for the Area Code specific leads. How much you earn per month is entirely up to your personal efforts. Though you could have a bad month and only make 5 or 10 sales, you could also have a great month and make 30 or more sales working just 3 to 5 hours a week. 30 sales at just $21 per batch works out to $630 per month, or $32 to $53/ hour. You won’t know how much you can make until you give it a solid, consistent effort. The only thing you have to lose is some time as you learn valuable skills. The thing you have to gain is a major income boost!

Will this really work?

Just as an example of potential, one sales associate made $400.50 on 11 sales in less than 2 weeks. He did this by sending out less than 50 emails to IBOs and posting around 10 ads on Craigslist.org. The fact is that you can earn even more than that!

Getting Started

Send me an email from your designated hotmail account letting me know you want to work for LeadCrazy.com.

In the subject line put: ready to get started for LeadCrazy.com. Be sure to include your PayPal email address or full name and city for Western Union payments if in an area not offering PayPal and your phone number. Please go to the PayPal website to search if your location can receive PayPal payments if not in the US: http://PayPal.com.

You will have a 30 day probationary period where your sales volume and customer relations will be reviewed. The quota is just 5 sales a month. However, as your sales manager it is my goal to help you reach at least 5 sales a week.

I recommend creating an email with YOURNAME@hotmail.com. For example, johnwboyd@hotmail.com. Try without, then with your middle initial. If that’s not available then use your name and 06 or 07 (for example: johnwboyd06@hotmail.com. Note: Hotmail just started charging $20/ year for having an account which you can use with Outlook Express. If you have had an email with them for some time you should have no problem getting set up with O.E. If you can’t afford $20 to start out you can try your existing hotmail account in O.E. or just use your new Hotmail account in the web browser, which will be less efficient, but still work fine.

Note: There is a 100 sent emails limit per 24 hour period. So you will want to maximize your volume each day and not use this email account for personal emails. However, there is not limit to the amount of contact forms you can fill out or ads you can post per day. If you come across a form which has no cell to write the message, just go around that by pasting this text, or similar in the name cells:

First Name: interested in exclusive

Last Name: leads start at 25 cents ea?

Go “ballistic” and have fun!

Warning: This goes for any email and I’m sure you already know this, but just in case: DO NOT open any email attachments from anyone you don’t know personally as it could contain a virus and Outlook Express doesn’t scan for viruses.

Set Your Hotmail Email up in Outlook Express:

1) Open up the application (which is a standard Windows application and should be on every system)

2) In the main menu at the top select “File” > “Identities” > “Add New Identity”

3) Enter your name with your middle initial (sounds important) for “Display Name”

4) Enter your hotmail email address (ex. johnwboyd@hotmail.com)

5) Be sure that the mail server is “HTTP” and HTTP service provider is “Hotmail”. Click “Next”.

6) Enter the password you created when you signed up for your account. If you’re on a public computer then leave remember password unchecked. Otherwise check it.

7) Click “Next”

8) Click “Finish”

9) Select 2nd radio button below: “Do not import at this time”

10) Click “Next”

11) Click “Finish”

12) It then asks if you want to import your hotmail folders. You select “Yes”.

You’re done!

In the Outlook Express menu let’s set up the most optimal settings:

“Tools” > “Options” >

Check the following in “General” tab:

“When starting go directly to my ‘Inbox’ folder”

“Play sound when messages arrive”

“Send and receive messages at startup”

“Check for new messages every 5 minute(s)”

“This application is the default mail handler”

Check the following in “Read” tab:

“Mark messages read after displaying for 4 seconds”

Check the following in the “Send” tab:

“Save a copy of sent messages in the ‘sent items’ folder

“Send messages immediately

“Automatically put people I reply to in my Address Book” (Optional, but recommended. You can easily delete anyone you don’t want in there with a keystroke later if need be)

“Automatically complete email addresses when composing”

“Include message in reply”

“Mail sending format” Click “HTML”

“Reply to messages using the format in which they were sent”

Click the “HTML Settings” button, then for the top drop down select “none”, for the number at the bottom type 65. Click “OK”

Under “Compose Font”

Click “Font Settings” > Font: “Verdana” Font style: “Regular” Size: 11

Click “Apply” to finalize changes.

Sign up for High Speed Internet (optional, but highly recommended)

Comcast cable internet is fastest and includes free McAfee firewall and virus scan protection. They usually have a 3-6 month promotion going on. After it expires you can likely get on the next promotion before your rate goes up or tell them you can’t afford it now and can they give you a price break to stay on the service. Ask about any promotional pricing. You may also opt for Earthlink or Yahoo DSL. Speed in loading pages and sending emails will increase your productivity and sales.

Some Fundamentals to Keep in Mind:

Shortcuts

Copy: Hold down “Ctrl” (button in bottom left and right of keyboard) and “C” key.

Paste: Hold down “Ctrl” and “V” key.

Use your tabs on the bottom of the toolbar across to click from this document or even a Notepad (in Program > Accessories) document in order to grab the subject and body of the email, and post into Craigslist.org etc. ad post area or contact form. Use all the shortcuts you can to save time. If you are in one tab and want to go back to the last one just click it. Also if you are working a certain section below such as emailing, simply leave the selection highlighted for you to copy without having to reselect it every time for paste into the next email or form. Simply click the tab, copy, click the tab again to go back to the form or Outlook Express, and paste.

Speed

The faster you get at finding the email or email form, past the data, send, and get on to the next one the faster you will reach volume which will translate into sales and a bigger paycheck. You need to stay very focused as you browse sites looking for the key to the vault so to speak; the contact link or the email address. If there isn’t one on the homepage then get out of there fast and on to the next site. Don’t read the sites or watch the presentations or you’ll find yourself in a daze hitting low numbers of sent emails. You will start to see patterns in where to look for every site with practice. Find a rhythm and method that works for you and stick with it!

It fills out online forms with the click of a button for Internet Explorer and Firefox. Be sure to input your Outlook Express Hotmail account. It can also save up to 10 website logins to speed your efficiency.

Now You Are Ready to Start Marketing Like Crazy!

a) Search engine listings:

Go to google.com or yahoo.com and type in “home business” or MLM. You may also want to target a particular home business that you like such as Xango. Simply copy and paste the message and subject into Outlook after clicking their email address (or if not linked pasting their email). Paste into a contact form from their site if they have one. If they don’t have any contact info, just move on to the next site. Obviously you need to customize each email with YOUR name and THEIRS etc. and save the document for future pasting. Also, your name and theirs will not be in caps. I just made it caps to stand out in the text for you to edit. You may also opt to copy and paste the parts of this document which you will be copying often into a Notepad document in order to make a more efficient copy-and-paste transition between web forms or Outlook Express, and the subject and body sections.

b) Search engine listing ads on right and bottom of listings. Use the same email/ contact message or slight variation as the one above.

c) Online Classifieds: http://Craigslist.org is great under “Small Business” and “Jobs” > “Sales Jobs”. You’ll know when you see a home biz job posting vs. a “typical job”. Check every city linked in the US. You can also search for MLM classifieds and home business classifieds in google/ yahoo. You will need to paste the appropriate text in the contact cell as needed. Just be careful about sites like usfreeads.com that can try to claim that you’re spamming by contacting IBOs through their contact form. Just contact them through their website on that site. Use the same email and contact message or slight variation as the one above. You should also post ads (see details below) on these sites as well.

d) Sign up for a free account on Craigslist.org with the hotmail account you used with Outlook Express to post ads for home business owners to contact you. Important: Craigslist.org wants you to only post in one city. This is ludicrous because there’s no way everyone is going to search every city to find your ad. So we’ll just go around this by changing the subject and the wording (by pasting different ones listed below) for different locations. If you happen to get a message stating that you posted a similar ad somewhere else, just change the wording: take out/ add words and change words.

To sign-up on Craigslist.org

Go to https://accounts.Craigslist.org/login/signup > Type in your hotmail address > check your email for the welcome email and start posting. You will want to sign in, delete, and repost your ads every week or so to keep at the top of the listing.

To post on Craigslist.org:

Login and select a major US city from under “US Cities” (top right corner of main Craigslist.org page). Notice which links are visited to help you keep track of which one's you’ve already posted in.

Next, click “Services Offered” > “Small Business Ads” > Paste in the Posting Title (below): > For Specific Location type: USA > Paste in the Posting Description (below):

> Click “Continue” > Type in the verification word and click “Continue”

How to Reply the Emails:

1) When someone replies or emails you requesting more info/ the link. You simply reply them and past the message below into the body of the email. IMPORTANT: Be sure that the link is blue and underlined by inserting the curser immediately after the m in “.com” in the url and pressing the return key if necessary as the prospect may not copy and paste it if it’s not linked.

2) Next, you will forward their request email to me, the sales manager so that I can track the sale to you if they close. I say if, because although very likely that they will buy leads from the site, it’s not a sure thing.
